The State Government of Karnataka introduced the Bhoomi online portal back in 2001 to digitise all land records of the state. The portal is designed to provide various land records-related services to property owners here. Some common services accessible through Bhoomi RTC include the following –
RTC or Records of Rights Tenancy and Crops
i-RTC download
Revenue map accessibility
Mutation Registration
Land registration
Land ownership transfer
Land conversion application
Conversion status check
Land dispute complaint and resolution
Introduction of the Bhoomi reports portal has made it quick and convenient for residents of Karnataka to access land information for various purposes like purchase, sale, past ownerships, etc. Along with an online portal, the Karnataka Government has also set up several Bhoomi offices in Gram Panchayats as well as Taluks. This has further simplified how individuals applied for Karnataka RTC in the state.
You can view Bhoomi Parihar RTC in a few simple steps given below.
Step 1: Go to the Bhoomi online portal and navigate to its ‘Services’ tab.
Step 2: From a drop down on the tab, select ‘View RTC and MR’.
Step 3: One redirected to the new page, select either ‘Old Year’ or ‘Current Year’ as per record needed.
Step 4: Provide the necessary details accurately on the next page, which can include the name of district, village, taluk, etc.
Step 5: Next, choose the period of RTC validity and select ‘Fetch Details’.
Step 6: Proceed to select ‘Owner Details’ and choose ‘View’ option.
